InfoMaster welcomes Fraser Coast Regional Council as the first Queensland council to implement ePlanning in association with SEQ HAF eDA. Discussions with Fraser Coast Regional Council began in early March and council quickly identified the functionality within MasterView around statistical reporting and land use enquiries that would immediately reduce some of the operational workload, improve application quality and speed up processes. The successful implementation with InfoMaster, Council stakeholders and SEQ HAF culminated in public launch on Wednesday 12 August where attendees from State and Local Government were able to view the features of the new ePlanning system at an operational level.
InfoMaster thanks the team at Fraser Coast regional for their cooperative approach which enabled our installation and knowledge transfer approach to work well. We look forward to a long relationship with the management, planning, information technology and customer service team at Fraser. We also thank SEQ HAF eDA for their assistance, input and teamwork with this project. Fraser Coast provides us with a solid template for our future SEQ HAF engagements.
