The planning profession has once again recognised the benefits of online technologies improving the planning process at the recent Queensland PIA Awards for Planning Excellence 2008. The Toowoomba Regional Council e-Planning Project was awarded a Certificate of Merit in the Planning Practice and Administration category. This is the second year in a row that the InfoMaster MasterPlan software has been awarded in this category. InfoMaster worked closely with Toowoomba Regional Council and Plandev Business Solution to deliver this award winning project. “The project represents good investment in systems and processes that will ensure efficient planning practice and quality planning outcomes,” said the judging panel.
